Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. In rare cases, high demand may slightly extend processing times.

EU: 7–14 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days

Returns & Shipping Requirements

If you return a product, it MUST be shipped back in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
